Level 3 and 4 programs use selected surveys and assessments to measure impact and outcomes in these 3 areas:

  1. Participant satisfaction: with individual results, progress/outcome on achieving goals and learning program/process
  2. Application of skills learned: behavioral demonstration of competency development
  3. Results and impact of application:
    • on resilience, stress, coping, wellness, personal life/work life balance
    • on individual outcomes
    • on relationships at work and team/group dynamics
    • on organizational goals
    • perceptions of direct leaders on key leadership elements
