Joanne ReidJoanne Reid has a varied background in management, consulting and post-secondary education. Her management consulting focuses on strategy implementation, organizational effectiveness and leadership, resiliency, and team development.

She has been a consultant in business transformation for over 20 years to public and private sector organizations in North America, the Middle East, Europe, and China in financial services, health care and education, high technology organizations, and various government ministries and agencies. She has held leadership positions in the financial services industry, primarily in Human Resources and Organizational Development.

Joanne served on and chaired the Board of Vanier Children’s Services, and has served on the executive of Strategic Capability Network. Joanne holds a Master’s degree in Management Science from the University of Waterloo, and has taught and designed courses in the university and college systems. She is a Certified Management Consultant, and a member of HBR's Advisory Council, and is certified by the Institute of HeartMath to present the Inner Quality Management Ò tools and training programs.
